When I politely notified them of the mistake it was corrected by sending a second beautiful bouquet on the proper day of a similar size and coloring but not identical to the first order. I did not know they had done this until my girlfriend and called to say another set of flowers was delivered. The gesture to correct what is likely an honest misunderstanding on the order form could not be anymore appreciated by me as a consumer. In both instances the arrangement was just as pictured.
